Collection Of Recipes All Year Round!

Among the recipe books gracing my kitchen, one that always sits on the counter is a treasure trove of my preferred recipes that I rely on. I wish to introduce one of my ultimate favorites to you, a recipe that deserves a place in every kitchen! Let me provide you with a clue (cue Gwen Stefani – BANANAS)! Bananas are brimming with essential nutrients. Employ this recipe to enhance their delectability!

6 ripe bananas (make sure they are quite ripe!)
3/4 cup of mini chocolate chips (split into two portions)

1. Slice the bananas and arrange them on a baking sheet. Freeze them until completely solid.

1. Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth. Gradually incorporate one portion of the chocolate chips into the mixture and continue blending.
2. Once the mixture is smooth, spoon portions into a muffin or cupcake tin.
3. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of each portion.
4. Freeze the tin for an hour to solidify, and you’re good to go.
