If you desire something more robust, set aside the lettuce and opt for its larger variant, cabbage.

    Cabbage has stood by humanity for centuries, with historical evidence of green cabbage dating back to 600 B.C. There’s a compelling reason behind this enduring bond: cabbage is not only delicious but also highly beneficial. To start with, cabbage, in all its forms, is brimming with fresh vitamin C.
