    Lastly, the third step involves core exercises. You can’t sprint at full throttle without engaging your core muscles, and who wouldn’t want well-defined abs? This segment is quite simple; perform 10 skaters, shifting your weight between legs while stimulating your core, then hold a hollow body position for 45 seconds. This step is designed to be straightforward since you’ll likely be fatigued after the initial two steps. Take it easy, cool down, and remember to stay hydrated. Soon enough, you’ll be well on your way to achieving those superheroic legs.
